If you love to SHOP and SAVE, you probably look forward to BLACK FRIDAY DEALS!
Today and tomorrow, I’ll share some tips to keep in mind if you plan to go shopping on Black Friday
I worked as a Sales Associates at a retail store while in school and I know that these deals aren’t as fab as the media makes them to be. Don’t get me wrong, there are GOOD DEALS on this day, but there are always BETTER deals to follow.
These are some of the DONT’S I recommend keeping in mind if you plan to shop on BLACK FRIDAY:
- DO MAKE A LIST of everything you want or need to buy. Try your best to STICK to your list. This will help you eliminate BUYER’s REMORSE the next day!
- DO figure out the COST OF EACH ITEM and if possible, take CASH with you. Being able to “feel” your money will help you CUT COST, and save on things you later decide isn’t worth the hype.
- DO be RESPECTFUL of the employees. As a past Sales Associates, I know the stress and level of anxiety I had, just trying to please others, while faking a smile on my face. I really just wanted to go home and sleep! 🙂
That’s all from me for today. I’ll be back tomorrow with part 2!
If you do plan to go shopping on BLACK FRIDAY, what’s on list? If not, what’s your reason? Did you have a bad Black Friday experience in the past? Tell me in the comment section below! 🙂
